The lesson is taught every spring to students in Principles of Agriculture. Students begin with a packet of seeds and end with sales generated by their products. The program is based on engaging students in plant science and in agribusiness without them actually knowing it. Students plan, experiment, and sell their products to customers. They also keep records in AET. No greenhouse required.
